Scaffolding Shoring Props are essential adjustable supports used in concrete formwork and slab shoring applications. Our props are manufactured from high-strength Q235 or Q355 carbon steel, available in Light Duty (Spanish Type), Middle Duty (Italian Type), and Heavy Duty (Middle East Type) configurations to meet various construction load requirements.
Each prop consists of a telescopic inner and outer tube, with steel thickness ranging from 1.8 mm to 3.0 mm depending on the duty level. The props are available in standard tube size such as Ø40/Ø48 mm, Ø48/Ø56 mm, and Ø48/Ø60 mm (inner/outer), ensuring compatibility with common construction systems and offering a balance between load-bearing strength and adjustability.These props offer an adjustable working range between 1800 mm to 5000 mm, covering all standard site requirements.
The surface treatment includes hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, or painting, providing excellent corrosion resistance for long-term site usage. Base plates are available in square or flower types, while the top plates can be customized as flat, U-head, or fork head to suit different formwork systems.
Each prop features a secure and easy-to-use threaded collar nut with G pin or sleeve pin adjustment mechanism, allowing for fast height changes on site with high precision. The Heavy Duty series also offers enhanced strength with steel thickness up to 3.0 mm, suitable for high-load bearing applications in infrastructure projects.
